 Esdras Lucero is a former Army Artillery and Aviation Soldier, he is a Co-owner and Business Administrator with his co-owner wife and pastry chef Jessica Neri. 

Jessica Neri began By Faith Cafe through the Durration of Experiencing Homelessness, Jessica and Esdras continued to put God first in every season of severe challenges, they reached out to community organizations for help, as  many landlords did not want to rent to large Families (7 with children), or they needed 3 months deposit on top of first and last months rent. In Faith, they continued working and finally were able to afford to move into little apartment in South Central Los Angeles. 

Jessica craved fellowship, Womens Ministry at her place of worship, Revelation Church of God in Christ had a Cookie exchange. With humble heart, she prayed for God to make a way because all the bills were paid, the children were cared for but she had no gas or money left till the next check. The Lord answered, there was just enough to make her favorite Oatmeal Cookies. The lord made a way, a neighbor called and offered her a Ride to the exchange. The Ladies enjoyed them, and orders started coming. 

They may not alwasy know how things  will come to florishin but By Faith,  in Gods Will and by his word, they stand ready with greatful hearts.

We offer a wide range of deserts  and can accommodate dietary needs like Gluten Free, Vegan, Non- Refine Sugar needs. 

 At By Faith Cafe, we want our Pastries & Catering services to meet the needs of any event, from corporate meetings to family moments, Fundraising events, and everything in between.
